Other grass-fed beef is also available. We have USDA-inspected ground beef, roasts, steaks, and miscellaneous cuts available for retail sale. If you would like to give/share bulk beef for Christmas, we will be harvesting another steer around February 1, 2018--deposits being accepted now! See the attached flyer for more information.
